When can I get a refund?
We understand mistakes happen and we are happy to give you a refund when your products have not been opened or used in any way.
Simply send us an email and return your unopened package to the address we provide. Unfortunately, if your products have been opened we can’t provide you with a refund purely for product safety reasons. We are unable to give refunds on orders where incorrect addresses have been given.
